Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out regular building walks to achieve high visual standards in accordance with the building standards checklist;
  • Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, following up with customers accordingly;
  • Providing excellent meeting room service and hospitality, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service;
  • Overseeing customer on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless welcome;
  • Working in partnership with the General Manager, supporting day to day on site operations, and assisting with the wider portfolio ;
  • Ensuring the building is H&S and Fire Safety compliant at all times.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in an operations role within the commercial real estate sector is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in office software and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart.
