As a Community Delivery Manager , youll be responsible for ensuring the final mile of our parcel journey runs smoothly putting customers and clients at the heart of everything you do. Driving continuous improvement, using data and management insights (MI) to improve service delivery. Monitoring and improving performance metrics, including Speed of Service, Next Day, C2C, Collections, Claims/Enquiries, and more. Minimising customer enquiries by enhancing the delivery experience through effective courier engagement and communication.
