The role As a Community Clinical Lead Nurse, you will act as the named clinical lead for your allocated packages, supporting adults and children with complex health needs within the community. This is a clinically focused role with no expectation to cover shifts or fill rota gaps, giving you the autonomy to focus on governance and clinical excellence. You will provide leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance to community care teams, ensuring consistently high standards across each package.
