Community Care Assistant Tile House Hub, Shanklin, Isle of Wight35 hours per week - shifts 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm - Mixture of shifts to be worked flexibly over 5 days and work every other weekend. Shifts may be subject to change based on schedules.Basic rate: £12.80NVQ 2/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent + 25p per hourNVQ 3/Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent + 50p per hourEnhancements: 10% for weekends + 50p per hour for Hub shiftsAttendance Bonus: +75p per hour if you attend all shifts on your rota.
