Connections is an information, advice and support hub for adults who identify as autistic, at any point of their journey. Providing 1:1 advice via phone, email or in person, peer support groups, as well as signposting and support to access other services and activities within the local area. We are looking for a committed and motivated Community Advisor to join our team at Connections, Dundee. This is part of a test for change project in partnership with Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership and NHS Tayside, shaped by local autistic voices.
