The Role

The Commissioning Home Manager will be responsible for the successful registration, commissioning, and opening of this high-end care facility, ensuring exceptional standards are embedded from the outset. Key responsibilities include: Leading all aspects of commissioning, from recruitment and training of the team to establishing robust operational policies and procedures. Driving occupancy and ensuring the home is market-ready, reflecting its premium positioning within the area. Upholding compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding levels of care and hospitality. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and prospective residents and their families. Developing a person-centred culture that promotes dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life for residents.
