A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, visionary leader to commission and launch a beautifully designed 63-bed care home in the heart of Dartmouth.

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver exceptional residential care through robust quality assurance
• Lead and inspire a new team aligned with values of compassion and excellence
• Partner with talent and marketing teams to drive recruitment and community engagement
• Promote the new home and build excitement locally
• Oversee budgets and ensure financial sustainability
• Ensure systems, technology, and procedures are in place for a smooth launch
• Embed inclusive, person-centred care practices
• Build strong relationships with local organisations and stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in a senior care management role (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in care
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance targets
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences for residents and families
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
