Are you an ambitious Commissioning Engineer with experience working with LV Switchgear looking for a field-based role, in a market leading company, where you will be the go-to technical expert on site for critical data centre Switchgear systems?
In this role you will travel to various data centre sites around London and Slough, where you will be responsible for all site inspections and testing. You will maintain and commission data centre switchgear systems, as well as ensuring complete health and safety compliance among employees and that company requirements are met.
This company have been established for over fifty years, growing the team to over 350 employees based at their 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Sutton-in-Ashfield. With clients including Red Bull Racing, JCB and Warner Bros - no two projects are the same.
This role would suit a Commissioning Engineer with LV Switchgear experience, looking to progress their career to a senior position, where they will become the go to technical specialist on critical power systems.
The Role:
Lead and manage a variety of commissioning projects at client sites in a wide variety of industries
Supervise, review and manage sub-contractor works to ensure they are in line with company requirements
Manage the day to day on site commissioning operations whilst promoting QHSE compliance
Accurately report commissioning progress both internally and externally, rectifying any delays or issues
Help improve operatives' knowledge and training by identifying individuals' capabilities and pathways for progression
Mon-Fri, 7-5, 47.5 hours per week
