Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of various systems and equipment, ensuring they meet specified requirements and function optimally. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

• Conduct commissioning activities for Solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for system verification.
• Collaborate with design engineers to review schematics and system designs.
• Utilise debugging techniques to identify and resolve issues during the commissioning phase.
• Employ signal processing methods to analyse system performance data.
• Provide technical support during installation and troubleshooting of systems.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to project managers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Experience with CAD software for system design and schematic creation.
• Familiarity with MATLAB for data analysis and simulation tasks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to system design and operation.
• Proven experience in debugging complex systems and performing signal processing tasks.
