Assist waiters in completing daily opening and closing duties
Warm and positive attitude
Perform basic duties at the beginning and end of each shift as required, including restaurant clean up and set up, glass and chinaware polishing
Effectively communicate with kitchen and service staff and provide functional assistance
Ensure limited crockery damage and report any breakages to the Assistant Restaurant manager
Ensure that the dining area meets hygiene standards at all times (including floor, chairs, tables, etc.)
Regularly check and replenish restroom amenities (i.e soap, tissues, etc.) as per Em Sherif Café procedures
Assist Waiters in delivering an efficient and excellent service
Refill empty glassware, remove soiled wares and clean tables promptly to ensure guest comfort
Clear and reset tables immediately after guest departure
Redirect guest complaints to the Assistant Restaurant manager/Restaurant manager
Maintain Friendly behaviour within the team and acknowledging the culture
