Trésind Mayfair is seeking attentive and disciplined Food Runners to support the delivery of a seamless, Michelin-style dining experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, speed, and teamwork, and who understand the importance of timing and presentation in fine dining.
Key Responsibilities
Collect dishes from the pass, checking accuracy and presentation before service
Deliver food promptly and correctly to the appropriate guest and table
Support waiters during service, including brief dish explanations when required
Maintain clean, organised service areas and ensure mise-en-place readiness
Clear and reset tables efficiently to the required standard
Communicate delays, guest needs, or issues clearly to FOH supervisors
Support smooth service flow between kitchen and front of house
About You
Previous experience as a Food Runner or Commis in fine dining preferred
Strong sense of timing, accuracy, and attention to detail
Calm, professional, and well-presented at all times
Team-focused with good communication skills
Willingness to learn Michelin-level service standards
Eligible to work in the UK
