Duties and responsibilities related to the Commis Waiter/ess role Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience at all times. Assist in the preparation and setup of service areas, including tables, buffets, and stations, in line with brand standards. Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately. Maintain a good understanding of menus to confidently answer basic guest queries and support upselling opportunities. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including clearing and resetting tables efficiently. Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
