You will learn about different ingredients, infusing flavours, mise-en-place, knife skills and cooking techniques, Understand Nobu bible of classic dishes, such as the iconic Black Cod Miso, known all over the world. You will b e immersed in the experience of helping to create and develop Nobu specials, seasonal dishes, and dishes for special occasions
We want you to use your passion to develop your skills and knowledge, to safeguard our reputation by following the highest food safety standards. Whilst at Nobu London you may work in different locations/countries on task force, supporting seasonal pop-ups, offsite catering and special events
