Schedule: Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring dishes meet Hyatts quality and consistency standards.
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation, mise en place, and delivery checks.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.

Take initiative in learning new skills, recipes, and cooking techniques to develop as a professional chef within Hyatt Hotels.
