The Head Chef leads a talented brigade from a modern and well-equipped kitchen, as they put together seasonal menus focusing on local and seasonal ingredients, which are exceptional in the area.
They are looking for a passionate junior chef and can look at a Commis, Demi or Chef de Partie who is looking to continue to learn and progress their career in a fantastic and nationally renowned kitchen.
As Commis / Chef de Partie you will:
Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required
Be a passionate, talented and hard-working
Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
Be working towards very high standards
