Overview

Are you a commercially driven, ambitious Account Manager or Consultant who thrives across delivery, people, and premium / luxury brands?


We are looking for an Account Manager or Consultant to join our growing team, partnering with some of the most exciting premium and luxury brands across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer categories. This is a remote role, ideally suited to someone based in London or within a one-hour commute, allowing for in-person client meetings and collaboration when required.

Salary: 30-35K Basic + monthly commission OTE 45-60K


The Role

This is a consultancy role that blends hands-on delivery, relationship management, and commercial growth within the premium and luxury market.


As a KGC Talent Consultant, key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional recruitment solutions by sourcing and engaging best-in-class candidates across premium and luxury sectors
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief through to successful placement
  • Developing new business opportunities and growing existing premium and luxury client accounts
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a true partner
  • Account managing a portfolio of established premium and luxury clients
  • Providing market insight and consultancy to support client hiring strategies
  • Representing the business with professionalism, discretion, and credibility


About You

  • Proven experience in account management and business development within the premium and luxury sectors, particularly across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer categories
  • Excellent market knowledge of premium and luxury lifestyle and consumer brands, including fashion, jewellery, accessories, wellness, and consumer tech
  • Ambitious, naturally driven, and results-orientated, with a strong commercial mindset
  • Someone who thrives when given a high level of responsibility and autonomy, and enjoys owning delivery and outcomes
  • A strong people person who builds credibility and trust quickly
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Naturally positive & solutions, you’ll enjoy being part of a small yet mighty team!
