Manage workforce planning to meet fleet demands and optimise workshop productivity Control labour costs, including dealings with third-party service providers Ensure compliance with health and safety standards through regular safety audits Plan and oversee the maintenance of workshop facilities, diagnostic tools, and equipment Prepare budgets, investment plans, and monitor performance metrics within the workshop Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase workshop efficiency and profitability Recruit, induct, and develop team members to sustain a motivated and skilled workforce Review and adjust pricing strategies to maintain competitive workshop services Uphold high standards of health and safety across all operational activitiesRequirements as a Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) Manager role:
