Our client is a well-known and reputable logistic company based in Kirkby. Currently they are looking for a commercial vehicle painter for their busy workshop. Hours of work: You will be working Mon to Fri from 8am to 5pm . Some of their staff are working till 6pm. You can also do it if you wish to earn more money. Saturdays are required only very occasionally. Your experience will include: Surface preparation : cleaning, sanding, buffing, and priming to create a smooth, defect-free base. Masking and protection : covering parts that shouldn't be painted to ensure clean edges. Planit Plus Paint mixing and application : using spray guns or booths to apply paint uniformly and achieve precise colour matching. Finishing touches : buffing and polishing between coats, and sometimes performing light body repairs like dent removal or scratch smoothing. Client interaction and safety : liaising with customers for specifications, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining tidy workspaces.
