Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 base + car allowance + bonus

The Role

You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals to value a diverse range of commercial properties across London and the South East—offices, industrial/logistics, and retail. Your clients will include leading international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and clearing banks.

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer
  • Strong experience in valuing commercial assets
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance standards
  • Local market knowledge with a flair for spotting growth opportunities
  • Full UK driving licence (travel required)
