£75,000 – £85,000 base + car allowance + bonus

We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Valuation Director to join a high-performing team in London. You’ll be second-in-command to the team lead, guiding a group of 12 talented professionals and taking charge of key national client relationships. Your impact will include:

  • Driving business development and unlocking cross-selling opportunities across the wider firm.
  • Inspiring a high-performance culture, mentoring your team to expand their networks and win new business.
  • Owning client relationships, delivering top-tier valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties.
  • Steering strategy and innovation, with the autonomy to lead and evolve the service line.

What you bring:

  • A proven track record in commercial property valuation, especially for loan security and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills, with a passion for growing teams and services.
  • Proficiency in valuation tools like KEL and Argus.
  • Entrepreneurial energy and a client-first mindset.
