TalentAcquisitionFunctions
- Manageend-to-endrecruitmentcycles:jobadvertising,sourcing,screeninginterviews,interviewing,candidateassessment,referencechecking,offers,andon-boarding.
- Serveasabrandambassador,ensuringaconsistentandpositivecandidateexperiencethatreflectscompanycultureandvalues.
HRBusinessPartner/GeneralistFunctions
- Advisemanagersonemployeerelations,performancemanagement,andcareerdevelopmentandotherpeoplerelatedtopics
- Supportemployeesoncareerdevelopment,conflictresolution,employeerelationsissues,disciplinaryprocessesandotherpeoplerelatedtopicstoensurefairandconsistentpractices.
- PartnerwithPeopleoperationsonallHRrelatedtopics.
Requirements
- Min3yearsofprovenexperienceinbothrecruitmentandfull-stackHRgeneralist/businesspartnerrolesina50-100FTEsscale-up.
- Abilitytomanagethefullrecruitmentlife-cycleformultipleroles,preferablyinafast-pacedormultinationalenvironment.RecruitmentexperienceintheUKandCanadaisamustandexperienceinSouthAfricaandAustraliawillbeconsideredasanadvantage.
- Excellentstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills,withthecredibilitytoinfluenceatalllevels.
- Business-focusedandsolutions-orientedapproach.
