Commerical Support - 5 days on site working Purpose To ensure the effective management of international sales transactions within International Development, against agreed targets and sales contracts. With full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of trading data across business-critical systems. Support the Senior Commercial Managers on achieving adequate stock and service levels. Key ResponsibilitiesMeasures of Success Sales administration / support for frozen export, fresh wholesale, B2B and Co products: sales contract entry, pro-formas, packing lists, coordinate supply chain delivery. Monitor sales contracts, coupled with available inventory and forecast arisings, highlighting bottlenecks or anything likely to impact on the customer. Providing data to assist in the preparation of presentations and reports. Work closely with central inventory function to ensure well managed stocks and cash flow Coordinate action plans with technical and regulatory teams to action "on hold stocks" and "aged stocks" Maintain a financial awareness as to cost impact on international sales of slow-moving inventory. Keep inventory to a minimum while effectively maximising revenue potential To actively challenge areas within primary production to deliver cost saving opportunities and or eliminate potential redundant stock. To develop supplier and customer relationships with key stakeholders. Gain specialised knowledge, contacts and maintain a professional working relationship with all production sites and with all relevant 3rd parties. Ensure seamless service levels to customers. Contribute to the improvement and development of department functions. Become a fully integrated team member and support other areas and colleagues within the international sales function as required. Work closely as required with relevant departments to ensure all required business compliance Collaborate with accounts receivable on volume and pricing queries and help to ensure that all trade accounts stay within specified payment terms.
