Life on the team Due to growth in our operations, we are looking for someone to join the Field & On-Site Servies (FOS) Commercial Operations Team as a Commercial Specialist to assist us with our continued programme to reduce our cost to serve and standardise our approach to charging. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your primary role will be to the ownership & governance of our INVEST processes & our SHARED services structure in terms of cross-charging accuracy and Utilisation reporting, analysis & insight. Additionally, with an understanding of Computacenters financial processes, you will be able to assist with identifying over/under performance from our teams, support monthly charges forecasting, and supporting the Change to Service (CTS) governance, x-charge tracking & reporting. Whilst we are based in the UK, our scope covers the whole of Field & On-Site Services Operations globally. Our policy is for hybrid working, with at least 40% working days at a company office over each fortnight, however, we are flexible about which office you are aligned to.
