Commercial Sales Manager

Kiwa Product Compliance (KPC) is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead their full sales cycle, manage a dynamic pipeline, and drive revenue across our specialist compliance services.
Location: Based at our Aylesbury office, responsible for annual sales targets, collaborating closely with the Head of Sales to shape commercial strategy, support business development, and expand market reach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations at Aylesbury, managing the Account Management team.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Oversee CRM system and ensure accurate tracking of customer quotations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Kiwa Product Compliance and Kiwa Electrical Compliance.
- Build and manage Key and Growth accounts, both directly and through team mentoring.
- Align sales activities with marketing campaigns, webinars, and trade events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the global business sector to explore international opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide development support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Testing, Inspection, or Certification, ideally electrical compliance.
- Experience in B2B sales, team management, and leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Ability to influence colleagues and achieve shared goals.
- Market awareness and commercial acumen.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
Benefits:
- Salary: £60,000 per annum
- Generous annual leave starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, with options to buy additional leave.
- 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working (2 days in-office, 3 days remote), with some travel.
