Job Description

Are you experienced in field sales and selling services rather than products? Do you excel at providing comprehensive client experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Commercial Sales Manager covering the Midlands and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will implement the sales strategy for Park & Control (UK) Ltd within your territory. This is a new business sales position in the car park solutions sector, within a dynamic and innovative company. You will serve as a senior contact for clients, identifying and securing new contracted locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial activities to maximize the potential of our products and services in your territory
• Execute business strategies to achieve growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain and improve internal procedures
• Use market intelligence to refine sales tactics and identify growth opportunities
• Attend industry networking events and conferences
• Utilize CRM to track activity, pipeline, and KPI performance

Candidate Requirements

• Proven success in field-based new business sales, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Experience in building and nurturing client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
• Ability to produce reports and communicate effectively in writing and orally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
