A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate Development team based in Birmingham. \nThe Role
\nAs an experienced Solicitor joining this respected team, you will take a lead role in managing a broad caseload of commercial development matters, including:
\n• Site acquisitions and disposals
\n• Development funding arrangements
\n• Structuring, drafting and negotiating development agreements
\n• Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to major developers, landowners and investors
\nYou’ll work closely with specialists across planning, construction, tax and other complementary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions for clients.

\nThe Person
\nWe are looking for a candidate with:
\n• 4–8 years’ PQE with substantial experience in real estate development work
\n• Strong technical ability across development transactions
\n• A sound understanding of the commercial property market
\n• Experience of funding or mixed-use schemes (desirable)
\n• Confidence in managing complex matters independently
\n• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
\n• The ambition and drive to progress within a growing and dynamic team
