A well-established, multi-service High Street law firm in Leicester is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team.

The commercial property team handles a broad mix of matters for clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants and SMEs, offering a tailored and commercially focused service.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Business and asset sales
* Development work and land transactions
* General commercial property advisory work
You will work closely with clients, providing practical, commercially minded advice while ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in Commercial Property
* Able to manage a caseload independently (support available where needed)
* Strong client care skills and commercial awareness
* Organised, proactive and a team player
* Keen to be part of a growing High Street firm with genuine progression opportunities
All levels of PQE will be considered.
