NQ Commercial property Solicitor – Leeds

A leading full-service Legal500 commercial firm in Leeds is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Commercial Property team.

The team sits within a well-established Real Estate practice and comprises three Partners and around 25 lawyers and support staff. Due to no internal qualifiers this year, the firm is going to market early to secure a high-calibre soon-to-qualify candidate.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

    \n
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Development and investment transactions
  • Property support on corporate deals

You will receive strong supervision, early responsibility and clear progression opportunities within a collaborative and well-regarded team.

About You

    \n
  • Due to qualify in 2026 or recently qualified (NQ)
  • At least one seat in commercial property
  • Strong academics and commercial awareness
  • Keen to build a long-term career in real estate
