Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Wimbledon | Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 DOE

An established and well-regarded law firm based in Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team.

This role is ideally suited to a confident, technically strong lawyer with a broad commercial property background, rather than someone who has specialised narrowly in one area.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including (but not limited to):

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Commercial leases
• Property finance and development matters

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ PQE
• Strong, well-rounded experience across commercial property
• Solid general real estate background
• Candidates with a mixed residential/commercial caseload will be considered, though strong commercial exposure is essential

What’s on Offer

• Competitive salary of £75,000 – £80,000, depending on experience
• Hybrid working after successful completion of a 6-month probation (3 days office / 2 days home)
