An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a regional firm’s property team in Luton. This role will suit a solicitor with a few years’ PQE who is either already involved in development work or looking to build a specialism in this area.

The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters and offers strong support for professional development.

Duties
  • Assisting with commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters
  • Supporting development and land acquisition projects
  • Managing matters with appropriate supervision
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Successful Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor with around 3–4 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Experience in development work or a strong interest in specialising in this area
  • Good understanding of commercial property transactions
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Motivated to develop within a growing property team
