Person Specification:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload and confidently take over files at any stage
• Strong IT proficiency and experience with case management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaborate effectively within the team
• Proactive, professional and a natural team player who thrives in a supportive environment
