This is a great opportunity to join a recognised Legal500 law in Manchester City Centre as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is a modern, client-focused commercial law firm with offices across the North West and London. Known for its expertise in commercial property, corporate, employment, insolvency, and litigation, the firm combines high-quality legal advice with a personable, no-nonsense approach.
The firm is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification, during a seat or multiple seats within Property.
The role will involve:

- Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and development work
- Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support
- Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate requirements:

- Some experience within Commercial Property
- Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
