Commercial Property Solicitor (1–5 PQE) Stockport
We’re working with a well-established regional firm looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team.
This is a role where you’ll run your own caseload but still have proper support around you. You’ll be working closely with an experienced Partner and part of a wider team that knows the work inside out.
The role:
* Managing a range of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
* Work covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
* Advising clients on leases and broader property agreements
* Working with agents and other professionals to keep deals moving
* Building client relationships and getting involved in business development
What they’re looking for:
* 1–5 years PQE in commercial property
* Comfortable managing your own caseload
* Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
* Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines
