Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor - Land & Property Team Location: Glasgow (hybrid working supported) Overview We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Commercial Property solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join its Land & Property Team. You will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, development options and planning agreements, working across teams to provide integrated, client-focused solutions. Role Requirements Experience
Minimum 7 years PQE in Commercial Property law Handling complex commercial property matters, including planning, sales, purchases, leases and contracts Working collaboratively across teams to provide integrated advice to clients
Skills
Commercially aware, self-sufficient and able to manage a diverse caseload with discretion Collegiate, curious and committed to continuous development of technical skills Excellent client relationship and advisory skills, demonstrating empathy and professional judgement
