This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and client‑focused solicitor or legal executive to handle a diverse range of commercial property matters within a supportive and well‑established practice. THE ROLE
Advising on landlord and tenant matters, leases, acquisitions and disposals. Acting on behalf of a broad client base, including commercial entities and charities. Assisting with property transactions arising from corporate reorganisations. Building strong client relationships and actively engaging in business development to support the continued growth of the department.
THE CANDIDATE
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property work. Solid technical knowledge across the full spectrum of commercial property transactions. Previous experience advising charities on property matters would be advantageous. A proactive and commercial approach, with a genuine interest in developing your career within a growing, client‑led team.
