The Role You will be part of a busy real estate department, handling a broad range of matters for commercial landlords and tenants. Work will span:

Joint ventures, retail and leisure projects Acquisitions and developments for commercial and mixed‑use sites Portfolio sales and acquisitions Business transfers (restaurants, guest houses, and more) Advising on commercial contracts and project management

Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll play a key role in business development building strong client relationships, networking, and contributing to marketing initiatives. This is a role with real scope for growth, offering clear progression pathways and the chance to make a tangible impact. About you

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in commercial property law, with the ability to run matters independently Strong technical skills and solid commercial awareness A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a genuine interest in business development Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive team
