A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Northampton is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join their growing Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, with genuine career progression and flexibility through hybrid working. Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. Act on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in: Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property Drafting and negotiating leases, assignments, and renewals Development site purchases and plot sales Secured lending and refinancing transactions Option agreements and overage arrangements Conduct due diligence, review titles, and draft relevant property documents. Maintain excellent client care and develop long-term relationships with clients and referrers. Collaborate closely with partners and support junior team members.
About You
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) in commercial property law. Confident managing files independently with minimal supervision. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Proactive, organised, and commercially minded. Able to work effectively within a supportive team environment and hybrid setup.
