Working on behalf of a well-regarded regional law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (25 years PQE) to join their established team in Kidderminster.

The Opportunity

Youll join a sizeable and experienced Commercial Property team, working alongside Partners and senior fee earners across multiple offices. The role offers a broad and varied caseload, with scope to develop further in areas such as development work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting on development matters including site acquisitions and set-up
• Managing acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases
• Handling non-contentious landlord & tenant matters
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements for lease
• Advising on property finance transactions
• Conducting title investigations and reporting
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision

About You:

• 25 years PQE in general commercial property
• Experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proactive and team-focused
