Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, leases (granting and renewal), licenses, and landlord and tenant matters Advise on development work, property finance, and investment transactions Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation and internal procedures Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
