The Role From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a broad and high-quality real estate caseload, which can be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate. Responsibilities will include:
Handling a wide range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work Acting for a diverse client base across multiple sectors Managing matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision Working collaboratively within a large, well-resourced real estate team Contributing to business development and client relationship management Ensuring the highest standards of client care and technical excellence
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-10 years’ PQE, gained within a strong regional or City firm, although the position can be adapted depending on experience. What’s on Offer

About You
Qualified Solicitor with directly relevant real estate experience, including landlord and tenant matters Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the real estate sector Proven ability to manage files efficiently, meet client expectations, and handle financial management Confident with time recording, billing, WIP management, and case management systems A proactive, self-starting individual with excellent interpersonal skills Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Ability to consistently demonstrate and embody the firm’s values Commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and working in line with SRA competence standards
