A leading Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join its successful and well-established real estate team.

The Role:

\n\n

* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and property finance.
\n* Advise a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
\n* Opportunity to contribute to business development and mentor junior staff.

\n\n

About You:

\n\n

* 2-6 years' PQE in commercial property (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
\n* Confident handling files independently and delivering excellent client service.
\n* Commercially minded and keen to grow within a Legal 500 team.

\n\n
