The successfulcandidate will have experience in handling a wide range of commercialproperty transactions and possess strong technical skills, excellentclient management capabilities, and the ability to manage multipleprojects. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with avariety of clients, from SMEs to large corporations, and gain exposureto diverse property matters.Key Responsibilities:Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, includingproperty acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, leasing, andproperty finance.Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions,including development projects, investments, and corporate propertymatters.Draft and negotiate legal documentation such as leases, contracts, and agreements.Conduct due diligence on property transactions, including titleinvestigations, reviewing leases, and assessing planning consents.Manage the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial properties, ensuring smooth and timely completion.Provide clear and practical advice to clients on legal issues and risks related to their property transactions.Liaise with other solicitors, estate agents, banks, and clients to facilitate the completion of deals.Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand and meet their needs.Support junior team members where necessary, and collaborate with other departments within the firm as required.Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulatory requirements to provide accurate, current advice.Key Requirements:Qualified Solicitor with [X] years PQE in commercial property law.Proven experience handling a broad range of commercial propertytransactions, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions, anddisposals.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.A proactive and commercially aware approach to legal issues.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently, managing a caseload with minimal supervision.A focus on delivering excellent client service, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.Experience working with specific sectors such as retail, industrial, or corporate properties.Exposure to large-scale developments or investment property portfolios.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Flexible working options and a good work-life balance.Generous holiday entitlement and pension scheme. #J-18808-Ljbffr
