\nA highly regarded, multi branch practice is seeking a commercially minded solicitor to join North London office, specialising in a mix of commercial property and company commercial work. This is a key growth hire, offering high quality work, autonomy, and a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership.

\nThe Role
\nYou will handle a broad and engaging caseload spanning both commercial property and corporate matters, advising a diverse client base of SMEs and local businesses. The work will include:
\nCommercial acquisitions and disposals
\nCommercial leases and landlord and tenant matters
\nDevelopment work
\nRefinancing
\nOption agreements and overage
\nConditional contracts
\nAsset sales and purchases
\nShare sales and purchases
\nShareholder agreements
\nArticles of association
\nCommercial contracts
\nA key aspect of the role will be advising clients holistically, with a strong understanding of how property and corporate structures interact.

\nAbout You
\nYou will be a solicitor with 5 years’ PQE or more and strong experience across both commercial property and company commercial work. You should be confident managing your own caseload and delivering commercially focused advice to clients.
\nAn understanding of the interplay between property and corporate structures is essential, along with the ability to build trusted, long term client relationships.
\nAs with other senior roles within the firm, you will be proactive in business development, networking, and building your own client base. Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness are key.
