A respected and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Commercial Property department based in Solihull. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial property to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with the flexibility of full or part-time working options.


The Opportunity


In this role, you will manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, working with a broad range of clients across sectors. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, where your expertise is valued and your development is supported.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises, with or without vacant possession
  • Landlord and tenant transactions
  • Acquisition and disposal of land for development, including promotion agreements, options, conditional contracts, and overage provisions
  • Acting for lenders and pension schemes in secured lending and property matters
  • Delivering high-quality client service and meeting deadlines under pressure


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience handling a broad commercial property caseload, ideally 1 PQE+
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach
