Proven experience managing a full caseload of commercial property matters; Expertise in the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, with or without vacant possession; Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant issues; Experience in property development transactions, land promotion, options, conditional contracts, and overage; Experience acting for lenders and pension schemes in property transactions; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively; Exceptional attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
