You’ll be employed by this regarded commercial law firm, supported by their Commercial Property team, and spend around 3/5 of your time in‑house with the client. The exact split will be discussed with candidates.

✅ Lease renewals & Landlord/Tenant matters (tenant‑side) ✅ Commercial acquisitions & transactional due diligence ✅ Managing c.20 live matters plus additional special projects ✅ Modernising and migrating property schedules, deeds & documents ✅ Working closely with senior leadership and building trusted relationships

Role Profile
