Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol - 2+ Years PQELocation: Bristol (Hybrid working - minimum 2 days per week in the office)Type of Role: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £50,000-£75,000 (dependent on experience) A well regarded Commercial Property team in Bristol is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing department. The team works with an impressive and diverse client base, including international manufacturers, blue chip suppliers, pension providers, housing associations, commercial lenders, SME developers, landlords, tenants and charities. The work is high quality, varied and commercially engaging, offering excellent exposure and long term development. Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and secured lending Providing technically strong and commercially aware advice across the full commercial property lifecycle Building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their commercial objectives Using the firm's case management system effectively and taking ownership of your files Managing client expectations and addressing issues in line with firm policy Undertaking legal research and staying up to date with relevant developments Supporting business development through networking, client events and promoting the team's profile

At least 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in commercial property Strong technical knowledge in:
Real estate acquisitions and disposals Commercial landlord and tenant matters Secured lending
Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines Confidence handling routine matters independently, with willingness to assist on more complex work A proactive approach to business development and networking Full IT literacy and experience using case management systems Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Working Pattern
35 hours per week (7 hours per day) Core hours between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday Hybrid working, with at least 2 days per week in the Bristol office
