Responsibilities include:Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property financeManaging transactions from instruction to completionBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting junior fee earners and contributing to team developmentParticipating in networking and business development activitiesProviding strategic and commercially focused legal adviceCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property lawStrong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to client serviceA desire to contribute to the firm's growth and successA positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Bristol office.
