Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
What your day to day would look like in this Commercial Property Solicitor - 12M FTC:
- Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant issues, and development projects.
- Giving clear, practical advice on complex property transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property documents.
- Conducting due diligence, advising on title, planning, regulatory compliance, and risk matters.
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, and planning teams to provide joined-up solutions.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring all work meets SRA and firm quality standards.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, helping the firm maintain its excellent reputation in the property market.
What we're looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid experience in commercial property.
- Someone confident managing complex property transactions and a varied caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness.
- Experience advising businesses, investors, or landowners is ideal. xbpsjku
