What youll be doing: Managing a varied caseload involving leasehold and freehold acquisitions, licences, deeds, and agreements Drafting and negotiating commercial property documents Reviewing titles and advising on any defects or restrictions Liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions Supporting post-completion matters including SDLT and Land Registry submissions Getting involved in client training, marketing events, and potential secondment opportunities What were looking for: Previous experience in Commercial Property law (essential) Confident drafting and reviewing legal documents Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communicat...
